Global Psytech is proud to share that our CEO, Dr. Haniza Yon, was invited as a plenary speaker at the International Conference on Quality & Innovation (ICIQI) 2025. The conference was hosted by the Ministry of Investment Trade and Industry and organised by SIRIM Berhad, in collaboration with the National AI Office and HRD Corp. The event took place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on 18–19 November 2025.
Centred on the theme “Quality and Sustainability Through AI-Driven Innovation,” the conference brought together global experts to explore how emerging technologies can drive national progress and sustainable development.
During the plenary session, moderated by Mona Manap, Dr. Haniza addressed the ethical and social sustainability dimensions of AI, emphasising the importance of Ethical Intelligence and how organisations can cultivate it within their workforce to ensure responsible innovation and long-term impact.
The session also featured distinguished co-panellists, including Dr. Sharmila Mohamed Salleh, Ts. Saifuddin Mohd, and Ms. Vanntha Ngorn, each contributing valuable perspectives on advancing innovation responsibly across industries.
